Queens, New York native Matthew Raymond Guzmán, better known by his stage name MRG, is an NYC rap artist. His heritage and New York roots inspire his clever lyrics and melodic rap style. Counting Kanye West, Nas, and Daddy Yankee among his musical influences, MRG has been rhyming in both English and Spanish since 2014, bridging different languages and cultures. MRG dropped his debut EP “Live from the Hurst” in December 2017. His first full-length album “Live from the Hurst 2” was released on October 25, 2019.
